These terms apply to fluxcast.ca and to the free AI ads audit call and 5 free ads offered on it. Fluxcast is a business operated by Momin Panjwani in Ontario, Canada. By using the site or applying, you agree to these terms. Questions: momin@fluxcast.ca.

The audit call and the 5 free ads

• The audit call is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything.
• Whether you qualify for the 5 free ads is decided on the call, at our discretion. Filling in the application or booking a call doesn't guarantee them.
• If you qualify, we aim to deliver the ads within 24 hours of the call. Timing can slip if we need information or access from you.
• You run the ads in your own ad account. You pay for your own ad spend, and you're responsible for approving each ad before it runs and for making sure it fits your business, your claims and the advertising platform's policies.
• Using the ads: once delivered, you may run the 5 free ads in your own ad accounts at no cost. We may keep and show the ads and their anonymised results as examples of our work, unless you ask us not to.
• We don't guarantee any result, including that any ad will beat your current ads. Ad results depend on many things outside our control.

Text messages

We don't send automated or marketing text messages. The mobile number you give us is used only so Momin can reach you personally about your call, for example if something changes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Information on this site

Results shown on this site are examples from specific ad accounts and campaigns. They aren't typical or guaranteed, and your results will differ. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

The text, design, videos and graphics on this site belong to Fluxcast. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Fluxcast isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ad spend arising from your use of this site, the audit call or the free ads. Our total liability for anything related to the free offer is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
