Privacy Policy

Fluxcast ("we", "us") is a business operated by Momin Panjwani in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect on fluxcast.ca, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: momin@fluxcast.ca.

What we collect

• What you give us: your first name, email address, mobile number, business website or Facebook page, and your answers on the application (monthly revenue range, monthly Meta ad spend range, who makes your ads, and how you heard about us).
• Booking details: the time you book and anything you add when booking.
• What your browser sends automatically: pages you visit, buttons you click, the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags and Meta's click ID), your IP address, browser and device type, and cookies or similar identifiers.

Why we use it

• To review your application, book and hold your call, and contact you about it.
• To send call confirmations and reminders by email.
• To understand how people use the site and to measure which of our ads bring in the right people, so we can improve them.
• To keep records we're required to keep, and to protect the site from abuse.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our calls, under their own privacy terms:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our CRM, booking calendar and emails.
• PostHog: website analytics.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram): ad measurement. When you submit a form or book, we may send Meta an event with your email, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match it to the ad you saw. Meta does not receive your application answers.
• Google: calendar and video-call links.
• Vercel: hosts this website.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Text messages

We don't send automated or marketing text messages. We use your number only so Momin can reach you personally about your call, for example if something changes. We don't share or sell your mobile number with anyone for their marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools from PostHog and Meta to measure visits and ad results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. The site still works if you block them.

How long we keep it

We keep application and booking information for as long as we're in contact about working together, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we're required to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email momin@fluxcast.ca and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it to run your call. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
